Terms of service (this clause is only applicable to the people's Republic of China, except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan)
1、 SuperLED products can enjoy free repair service in China (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) within one year from the date of sales.
2、 When the user delivers the product, he / she should hold the "user's copy" of the warranty card filled in by the dealer and the valid sales certificate. If there is no such two items, they will need to pay for repair
3、 Improper use, accidental damage or damage caused by other means of repair, or arbitrary alteration of the warranty card are not included in the warranty.
4、 Accessories attached with the product (such as exclusive original rechargeable battery and original storage card) are not covered by the warranty.
5、 If it is found that the product (not waterproof) has serious water or sand, the company has the right not to provide warranty service (whether within the warranty period or not), and will collect inspection and maintenance
Repair cost.
6、 The warranty card only includes the warranty service related to this product. SuperLED will not be responsible for any claim not listed in the warranty card.
7、 The damage degree of SuperLED products is subject to the inspection results of our company. The information provided by users is for reference only.
8、 The warranty card should be kept by the customer. If it is lost, it will not be reissued.
9、 The warranty card must be stamped with the seal of SuperLED Electronic Co.,Ltd. or Honglang import and export trade (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and the distribution unit before it takes effect.
10、 After repair, the company will inform the user that the future generations will keep the product for 3 months. If the product is not collected after the expiration date, the company will handle it by itself.
